1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us on WhatsApp. You may request:

An exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

A refund or compensation if the item cannot be replaced.

⚠️ Please Note: Damages to the outer packaging/cover during courier or delivery (e.g., torn packet/box) are not covered under this policy. Only product-related damages are considered.

2. Exchanges for Quality, Size, or Material

If you are not satisfied with the quality, size, or material, you may exchange the product for another available item in our store.

3. Price & Shipping Adjustments

Any difference in price between the original and new item will be paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect.

4. Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Pet food and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
