5. Delivery & Payment Policy

  • Delivery charges (DC) vary based on your city and parcel weight.

  • Once you place an order, our team will confirm the exact delivery charges with you on WhatsApp.

  • If you decide not to proceed, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you have already made the payment and later decide not to continue with the order (whether you request cancellation within 2 hours or within 15 minutes), please note that the amount paid will not be refundable once your order has been confirmed.

  • Delivery time is 5–7 days, but it may take longer if your location is outside the main city, such as villages, remote areas, or places without nearby courier offices.

  • We offer two payment options:

    1. Full Advance Payment — The total amount is paid before dispatch.

    2. Cash on Delivery (COD) — Customers must pay the delivery charges in advance to confirm their order. The remaining amount (excluding DC) will be payable upon receiving the parcel.

  • Please note: Delivery charges and any advance payment made are non-refundable if the rider arrives and the parcel is not received or is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

6. Your Rights

You can request to update or delete your personal data and opt out of promotional emails or messages at any time.
